Danish fashion has a reputation for being easy to wear and a little bit playful. It can mean a bold print from Copenhagen, a softly tailored blazer or a raincoat that is built for real weather. The harder part, if you live in the US, is knowing which labels will actually deliver to you, and what you will pay once the parcel arrives.

This guide covers the best Danish fashion brands in Euspree’s directory for US shoppers, from famous names such as GANNI and Samsøe Samsøe to smaller Danish clothing brands. Many of them are Copenhagen fashion brands, and Rains comes from Aarhus. For each one, we checked the brand’s own pages in October and November 2026 for what it is known for, what it costs, and how shipping and duties work for US orders.

The short answer: For color and print, start with STINE GOYA or GANNI. For tailoring and quiet minimalism, try By Malene Birger, Samsøe Samsøe or Skall Studio. For romantic dresses, Cecilie Bahnsen. For lower prices, Boii Studios and Gestuz. For rainy days, Rains. And for the least duty hassle, STINE GOYA, Baum und Pferdgarten, Skall Studio and Cecilie Bahnsen say duties are included.

Last checked: October and November 2026. Prices and shipping terms change, so confirm them at checkout. Links to brand stores may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. See our privacy policy.

Affordable Danish fashion brands

Danish labels are not always cheap, and most of the brands in our directory sit at a premium or luxury price level. If you are looking for lower-priced Danish clothing brands, these have the lowest starting prices on our profiles: Boii Studios (knitwear from 65 euros), Planet Nusa (activewear tights from $82), Gestuz (dresses from $100), Rains (jackets from $110) and Samsøe Samsøe (knitwear from $110).

Starting prices cover different products, so compare like with like on each store, and remember that shipping and duties can change the final price. Our cost per wear guide shows how to judge whether a piece is good value.

It ships from a dedicated US store with UPS Express (1 to 3 days), free from $220, and its prices include local taxes and import duties, so nothing extra is due on delivery.

Danish fashion brands for men

Most of the profiles in this guide focus on womenswear, and we have only verified one men’s range: our profile describes Samsøe Samsøe as a women’s and men’s label. We haven’t checked men’s ranges for the other brands, so look at each store before you order. For more on Nordic style beyond Denmark, read our guide to Scandinavian fashion.

A Danish brand that doesn’t ship to the US

MSCH Copenhagen, formerly Moss Copenhagen, has made calm, wearable womenswear since 2010 at accessible prices. At the time of our check, its official delivery page said it ships to EU countries only, so it isn’t an option for US orders. Some Danish labels also sell through retailers, so it’s worth searching before you give up on a brand.

How to buy Danish fashion online from the US

  1. Check duties first. Some brands include them in the price (STINE GOYA, Baum und Pferdgarten, Skall Studio, Cecilie Bahnsen), while others bill you on delivery. The all-in total at checkout is the only number that matters. Our guide to buying Scandinavian fashion from the US explains DDP and DAP.
  2. Measure, don’t convert. Compare garment measurements with a piece you already own instead of trusting a size chart.
  3. Read the returns terms before you order. A return that crosses the Atlantic costs more time and money than a domestic one.
  4. Judge the quality. Our 10-point quality checklist shows what to look for once the parcel arrives, and cost per wear helps you decide whether a pricier piece is worth it.

For the wider picture of Danish, Swedish and Norwegian style, read our guide to Scandinavian fashion, and browse the full brand directory for more labels.

Sources and caveats

Everything above comes from the brands’ own shipping, delivery and product pages as recorded in our brand profiles (last verified between 28 October and 3 November 2026). Starting prices are the lowest listed on each profile and may be for different product types. The details of shipping, duties and returns change often, so confirm them at checkout. B Corp, GOTS and similar statements are the brands’ own claims. We haven’t checked their certificates.
